As a law clerk for NEAVS, Frances Chrzan is responsible for various research and data collection tasks pertaining to animal vivisection. In 2014, Frances received her B.A. from Indiana University.
She is currently a third-year law student at Lewis & Clark Law School, where she will earn her Animal Law Certificate and J.D. in May 2019. During law school, Frances has worked for multiple animal law organizations including the PETA Foundation and the Nonhuman Rights Project. Frances is currently Editor-in-Chief of Lewis & Clark's Animal Law Review.
